Natural and clean-burning: Unlike charcoal briquettes, lump charcoal is free of additives, binders, and fillers, making it a more natural and clean-burning option.

Selection Raw Material.

We carefully source the finest raw materials to ensure the highest quality charcoal products.

01

Controlled Carbonization

Hardwood is heated in a kiln or retort, a specialized oven, with limited oxygen. This process slowly burns away the wood's volatile components, leaving behind the carbon-rich charcoal. Our carbonization process enhances efficiency, creating charcoal with optimal burning characteristics.

02

Cooling & Weathering

After carbonization, the charcoal is removed from the kiln and spread in a covered, open-air area for cooling and weathering for at least 14 days before being packaged.

03

Final Inspection

After carbonization, the charcoal is removed from the kiln and spread in a covered, open-air area for cooling and weathering for at least 14 days before being packaged.

04

Packing and Storage.

Carefully packed and stored to preserve quality and durability, our wood charcoal is ready to be delivered whenever you need it

05

Delivery

Once the export documents are approved, the charcoal is loaded onto container trucks. These trucks then transport the charcoal to the port for shipment.
